Change woocommerce site to accept deposits

Hi, i have a fully functional site, i use square and bank deposits for the full amount.
I have just installed the woocommerce deposit plugin but want is so i can set as they have to pay the desposit and the remainder of the order payment will be cash on delivery.
I dont want them to pay for the whole item anymore, just the deposit.
