Summary requirements:
1. Brand new website
2. Multi Vendor capability (e.g. AirBNB, Uber), platform could be Dokan or Similar.
3. Support Member and Vendor membership with login and verification
4. Geolocation browsing using Google Map/Place API (e.g. AirBNB) and filtering option
5. Stripe Integration for one time payments AND extensions / late return payments etc
6. Integration third party ID check service, google address and SMS gateway
7. Possibility of adding various static pages (if possible with back end which allow us to edit)
8. Other standard website optimization such as SEO, google page speed insight
