Change mobile version

Hello!
We have a nice desktop version of our website, but for some reason somehow our menu does not work well in hte mobile version. The job would be to modify the mobile version (not app, just the mobile version of the website) to a more UX friendly design without changing anything in the desktop version. Some examples of turnarounds could be implementing a sandwich menu.
We use Wordpress/Wocommerce.
We are a fashion startup and we are on a very tight deadline, but we can negotiate time depending on the workload foreseen by the professional.
