Change to Stripe Connect Express in WC Vendors plugin

At the moment, the WC Vendors Marketplace plugin sends vendors to the Standard Stripe Connect URL. I want you to change this to send it to an Express URL. Will require some coding but nothing big since all the code is there, just needs to be rearranged or adding new functions.
