Change Checkout process at wp-eventmanager/woocommerce

Hello,
by default in wp-eventmanager in combination with woocommerce the subscriber registration data is requested only after the billing data. I would like to have this changed.
1. attendees registration data
2. payment type
3. invoice data
This can be done on one page or on separate pages.
This task needs to be implemented today. Unfortunately, it is urgent.
