Certifications Page Development for Consulting Site

I am developing a “Certifications” page for my consulting website. As part of expanding the site's offerings, I am launching a Certifications tab added to the existing tabs, Home; About me, Consulting Services, Publications, Testimonials, and Contact/Booking. The page will be placed after the Publications tab. Users should be able to:
• Purchase and download the book (PDF and Tablet/ePub version)
• Take an assessment based on the book’s content
• Receive a digital certificate upon passing
The goal is to create a seamless, professional, and secure experience that reflects the brand’s commitment to retail leadership development.
