Certificate Automation Process Innovation

We want to automate our current process for sending program completion certificates to course attendees. Upon completing a course, attendees complete an evaluation in Survey Monkey. The information entered is used to customize a PDF certificate for each individual. The PDF needs to then be emailed to each attendee. The process is currently batched and has manual steps which causes delays. We want the certificate to be sent immediately upon completion of the evaluation. We then need to upload the PDF to the individual customers profile on our website (WordPress).
