Calendar sync in Wordpress theme

Hi. I use a WP Theme for travel and there is this function to sync available dates and prices for all the entries but I will like to have a small plugin that can sync calendar dates by:
1) selecting the single location country; (example: Sync. all travel with location India;
2) Selection for tours posted date. For example, Sync all travels that have been posted with the date from X date to Y date.
Looking at the actual system used to sync., I think it's a very small modification to make the above scenario to work as I need. Thanks
