CSS Expert needed to fix Cumulate Layout Shift.

You should have an expert level understanding of CSS, and JS.
This website (Magforest.com) has a masonry layout wordpress site.
Our website's main page has a minor issue where the items load twice when you first open the page.
And more importantly it has Cumulative Layout Shift. Which affects is SEO
I need the existing CSS preserved as much as possible to keep the loading time down.
Guidelines for this fix.
- the fix should remove the initial double load on the left side - speeding the website up, not slowing it down
- the CLS fix should not dramatically alter the way the page looks & loads
The page should load very quickly across the top (as it did last month but something broke it)
and the results will be visibile on GTMetrix / SEMrush, to show CLS has been fixed.
- No removing of the custom CSS (which only removes loading special effects)
This must be done on our development site first so I can see it in action before adding to the live site.
