CSS Developer for Small Tasks

Hi we are looking to hire a css dev to help with small tasks on our WordPress website.
Test for job: We are firstly needing to fix the logo size on mobile / tablets as you can see the design works but the logo is displayed too big for mobile / responsive so we need to know what to add to our css to fix this.
We have other tasks but are using the above as a test to see who is skilled before we hire on an hourly rate.
