CRON Jobs and Email Notifications

Hello. I looking for someone who knows how to install CRON Jobs in CPANEL. I have setup an Auction Website using WordPress Website with WooCommerce and the Ultimate Woo Auction Pro Plugin. I have a couple of questions and need help ASAP. I have attached one image - how can I change the content of this? Also, the plugin requires CRON JOBS to be setup in CPANEL. Also, email notifications need to be fixed for users, bidders, winning bidders, etc... Please connect with me asap,
