CPF FIELD IN KIVICARE WORDPRESS THEME

Create a mask to validate the CPF (Brazilian tax identification number) in an existing WordPress field. I need only administrators to have access to this field after registration, registration must be unique, and I need to hide one field in the dashboard, all within a WordPress theme called Kivicare.
