We have designed a new look for a section on our website, we have a PSD. Our website is done in wordpress, woocommerce but half of the website is custom. It is a bit complicated some of it would have to be done in elementor half in code. It is not for someone that only has knowledge of wordpress. Has to know html, php, wordpress, elementor etc.
