CMS/Front end development - Upgrade my website into a portfolio

Hi All,
I'm looking for a freelancer to closely work with me in order to switch my current website www.charlenecollet.com into a portfolio. I'm looking for someone who can do the job while explaining to me the steps and tricks of each step so I can learn as we go along.
The work would consists of:
- Design the home page differently
- New pages creation
- Create categories and menu
- Update content and unify French / English translation pages
- Unify and update mobile versions
- Make any back end adjustments/updates necessary
