Bulk Upload Solution with WP

Creation auction bulk upload using CSV form of images and description information collected on website page. Must be experienced in coding and programming. Final will include working online solution. Detailed DOC here attached to review and the credentials to modify the current functioning website online to be supplied. We are not restricting the awarded developer to use WP, they can use another solution or their own custom coding. Final Solution will be tested and the full functionality will be validated before completion of project.
