Building from by Jotform

Dear Friend
I need someone who knows how to work with Jotform and build my business unique multiple pages for Student registration.
I currently have three forms that I like to merge into one and give customers of freedom to register one, two, or 3 programs with one registration form.
currently, forms are located at Formstack. I like to use the same way with payment options to jotform.
