Build me a wordpress website with Elementor

Hi, I'm looking for someone to create me a website similar to shutupandtakemymoney.com
The affiliate retail site should allow users to post interesting products that link back to the store where visitors can buy them.
I want to charge users per post ($5/post if user isn't registered), as well as offer discount pricing via a monthly subscription. I will need to add a slider that calculates the price based on the number of posts that user wants to upload each month.
Will need a simple admin panel for subscribers to login/logout and track how many credits they have left that month, as well as able to upgrade/downgrade/cancel subscription. This should all be doable with WooCommerce or Stripe I believe.
I'd like to include a social sharing feature that allows visitors to share products with friends to help drive traffic back to my site.
Website needs to be fast and ideally SEO optimized for products that are posted (scheme markup to help create rich snippets).
Must be pixel perfect and mobile responsive. I'm also looking for a better UI design than what shutupandtakemymoney.com has.
Need you to help deploy with Namecheap shared hosting to my domain, and set up SSL.
