Build a website / app

Looking for a developer to build and handle a rich WordPress website that has to have many plugins/ solutions in addition to the app which is built independently and not by using a theme. Both the app and website will have to exchange updates in both directions.
A basic map / Figma / WordPress theme have been already established, so the idea, structure and services are clear.
