Build responsive Wordpress site based on an existing Wix Site / Migrate Wix to WordPress

I am looking for a skilled WordPress developer to build a responsive WordPress site based on my existing Wix site charge tech.net.au
I would like to migrate my Wix site to WordPress and need the following completed
1. Enhance the site's appearance for both desktop and mobile with a focus on quick loading times.
2. Ensure a professional and consistent look throughout the website, adhering to the color scheme of green, white, and black for fonts, headings, and other elements.
3. Optimize images (webp) for better performance and replace them if necessary.
4. Complete SEO optimization and implement additional improvements for better search engine visibility.
5. Implement anchor links for the Services and About sections on the main webpage, similar to what our competitors have done.
6. Include a dedicated section for testimonials/reviews on the website, like the one found on our competitors' site.
7. Add a News/Blog section so we can keep the website regularly updated with fresh content
8. Add a Section where potential customers can submit their contact details with the ability to attach photos.
8. Enhance SEO.
9. Achieve 90-100 (Green) across the 4 metrics (Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices, SEO) on PageSpeed Insights
10. Use Elementor and Woocommerce in the proposed implementation.
We have our own fast local WordPress host.
