Build a premium mobile-first mortgage broker website with guided lead funnel
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I am looking for an experienced web designer/developer to build a high-converting, premium-looking mortgage broker website for the Australian market.
The website will be used primarily by users visiting from their mobile phone, so the build must be genuinely mobile-first, not just desktop resized for mobile.
The business specialises in home loans for borrowers with more complex income structures, including:
self-employed
contractors
firm partners
eligible professionals
I already have the page designs and funnel structure largely worked out. I need a freelancer who can take these mockups and turn them into a polished, live website with strong attention to spacing, typography, hierarchy, and mobile UX.
Scope of work:
Build the main landing page
Build 4 guided funnel paths:
- Self-Employed
- Contractor
- Firm Partner
- Professional
Each funnel includes:
- Step 1
- Step 2
- Step 3
- Request Review page
Build the success / confirmation page
Ensure all pages are visually consistent and feel like one unified system
Implement forms so leads are captured properly
Optimise the site for mobile conversion
Ensure clean, premium styling throughout
Important:
This is not a generic broker website.
It needs to feel premium, specialist, highly structured, and conversion-focused.
The visual style should feel:
elegant
calm
premium
mobile-first
high trust
not cluttered
not template-like
What I will provide:

copy for the landing page and funnel steps
logo / branding direction
clear direction on layout and UX priorities
What I need from you:
strong front-end design implementation
pixel-level attention to mobile spacing and presentation
ability to faithfully follow an existing visual direction
ability to improve execution where needed without changing the core concept
experience building conversion-focused service websites
Ideal freelancer:
