Build my elearning website

Hello. I would like an established wordpress builder who is able to create an e-learning website where students can enroll/register for courses for a fee (so they will need to pay for the classes). I have some knowledge of how to build websites but I don't have the time. I need someone who is committed and flexible with experience integrating an LMS into wordpress. I would possibly like to use Namaste or LearnPress LMS but am open to other suggestions. Must also install site protection/security to protect it from intruders. I will give sample sites once I choose who I will be working with. Must have very good design skills and able to create something unique and special for a small community. You must also be easy to get along with and allow for revisions as needed. This is a small project and only pays $60, please do not ask for more money as this is the max I am willing to pay.
