Build a customized WordPress site
Budget: $300 – $400 USD
I am looking for an expert in manual building WordPress sites with high-end design skills (not just development).
I want to have a WP site in the following conditions:
- The site should be implemented in the most flexible way- Gutenberg + a block editor plugin. No using any page builder or Theme or shortcodes.
I am considering to use GenerateBlocks as the main editing plugin (it's minimal and allows to stay super lean, more than Kadence, Stackable).
In case other specific elements/ widgets (slider, etc.) are needed those can be added too, however **I want design styling to be done by hand, in code**.
- Using just blocks gives a so called "clean" layout, which is very plain, blocky, uninteresting and lacks personality.
There is no Photoshop layout; I will give some rough guidelines about the layout, for each row in the pages.
That is why I want the customization to be done in code;
and you need to have top web-designer skills, to be able to give suggestions for the design.
- Fully responsive, very good rendering on mobile screens.
- I may ask a few times to make changes at the design on the way, if you are not comfortable with that please don't bid.
- At the end:
1. Implement SEO with plugins and by code.
2. Implement security measures not only by plugins but also by code.
3. Test with https://gtmetrix.com and optimize all parameters.
I provide ftp for test site. When ready, it needs to be deployed on the final server (different domain).
Please bid only if you have:
- Extensive experience in customization WP by code (php, js, css)
- Good web-design skills.
