Build a customer review/feedback page on Wordpress with Elementor
Budget: $30 – $50 AUD
Hi,
I need a simple customer review request workflow the same as the link below to be built on a WordPress site with Elementor:

So as you can see this has the following pages that need to be created:
1- A rating request page, in which the customer can select 1 to 5 stars.
2- If the customer selects 1-3 stars the customer will be redirected to a feedback page. In that case, he writes feedback and submits it. The feedback form has a name, phone, email and feedback fields and a submit button with the same design as the sample link provided above.
3- If the customer selects 4-5 stars the customer will be redirected to an online review request page. Where he can select between two review sites (e.g google and facebook) and will be redirected to those sites to leave a review.
*: Number of starts should be configurable (e.g. I should be able to configure if the rating is 4 or less, then send the customer to the feedback page and if it is more send the customer to the review request page).
*: All pages should be designed by Elementor so that we can change them in future if needed ourselves. Elementor Pro is already installed on the site.
*: The feedback form should be designed by WPForm (Which is installed on the site)
*: All pages should be properly shown on Desktop, tablet and mobile.
*: The whole pages should be header and footer free (So the website header and footer should not be shown)
