Build a custom rental car Wordpress plugin with RnB Woocommerce plugin

We are looking for an EXPERT Wordpress developer. Especially for the BACKEND dev.
Preferably we would like to have profiles that have already worked with RnB Woocommerce plugin https://codecanyon.net/item/rnb-woocommerce-rental-booking-system/14835145.
You must perfectly master wordpress and be able to create the missing functionalities if there are any. I think the plugin integrates all the requested features well, but you must be able to tweak the code in the backend in order to modify it as desired.
