I need a school website built on Wordpress. The online school provides summer courses (one time payments) or one-on-one tutoring sessions (recurring monthly payments). The site should have the following features:
E-COMMERCE
- ability to buy classes (one time or recurring payments)
- ability to buy promotional items in a shop
- use Stripe or PayPal
REGISTRATION
- a robust registration and form builder (will require fields that upload, conditional fields that only appear if another field has a particular value, hidden fields, URLs, etc.)
COURSE FEATURES
- courses can be bought for one time payment or for recurring payments
- some courses allow multiple people to sign up as a group course
- certificate issuing ability for courses when they have been completed
ADMIN PORTAL +++++
- GOOGLE CALENDAR for all tutoring sessions
- STUDENTS: a list of students that includes their:
o REGISTRATION DETAILS
o BILLING DETAILS and PAYMENT DETAILS
o PERFORMANCE TRACKER PLUG-IN: this is a database of tutoring sessions for each student. It is searchable by the students name and the date of their tutoring session. After each tutoring session –
• the ADMIN WILL: add an entry for the student’s progress that will include the date of the tutoring session, attended/absent checkbox for student and teacher, what they learned, what they need to work on and access to an uploaded homework assignment; (EDITABLE ONLY BY THE TEACHER OR ADMIN)
• the STUDENT CAN also include their own notes/response in a text box and they can upload their homework;
• the PARENT CAN add their own notes/response in a text box
o ATTENDANCE REPORT (pulled from Performance Tracker)
- TEACHERS
o Profile Details
o Access to uploaded NDA and employment contract in their profile
o ATTENDANCE REPORT (pulled from Performance Tracker)
- SHOP Orders
- CHAT system (the ability to chat with students or teachers or send out announcements to students at one time)
STUDENT PORTAL +++++
- BILLING TAB: the ability for a student to make changes to their payment set up in their profile (change their credit card, etc.)
- PROFILE TAB:
o Zoom link: include a hidden field in the student’s profile where the admin can add a unique for the student’s Zoom link. This link, from the student’s account, will open the Zoom URL in a new tab of their browser
o A field where the admin will add a date and time for their tutoring session and it can be sync’d with their google calendar
- RESOURCES: 3-4 subtabs that embed 3-4 different react.js web apps for their use in class
