Build a battery website from a design wireframe into WordPress

I am looking for someone to code a design wireframe into WordPress

The homepage looks like this

It features

- Search top right
- The blue section is an accordion tab element
- New product is a scroll of products in a carousel, same with brands and testimonials


The menu looks like this

The menu features a 2 level drop down menu with an image and button

And there is a product detail page which will be built in either Woo Commerce or Advanced Custom Fields.

It features
- all the product title, description, spec and a battery finder
- newsletter sign up

The current website is built in WooCommerce.

I need someone to code 2 pages and the menu as per the templates above.
