Build Wordpress plugin to connect with webhooks

Hello. I use a plugin called Thrive Quiz Builder on my website. This plugin creates quizzes where I gather info through their answers and then redirects to a custom page.
At the end, they allow me to send that data to some integrations they have, like mail providers and zapier. But they currently do not have an API integration with Integromat and another provider which I'd like to use. They also don't send all the data that I'd like to.
So what I'm trying to accomplish is:
- Create a custom plugin that integrates with Thrive Quiz Builder.
- Store extra data from my quiz.
- Connect to Integromat (either directly via API, which I'm not sure if it's possible… or through a webhook that they provide).
- Send that data to integromat's webhook so I can work with it over there.
Basically what I need is a plugin where I can send some data collected from quizzes to a custom webhook.
