Build Wordpress Landing Page Using Any Page Builder Plugin -- 2

I would like to have a WP landing page exactly like this:

You also need to install a good translator plugin so I can translate the page.

Requirements:
1. Use a good user-friendly WP page builder - Must be easily editable for me
2. Install Translatepress or something similar
3. Must be Desktop, Mobile and Tablet responsive
