Build Wordpress/Elementor Animated Hamburger Plugin

I can't find a Wordpress plugin to add animated hamburger icons to Elementor's navigation menu. I have done it on my website using this guy's code: https://jonsuh.com/hamburgers/. However, the process is still difficult and tedious. Can we make a plugin that incorporates this code and allows us to quickly add animated hamburger icons to Wordpress/Elementor?

Hamburger Editing Requirements:
- Be able to link hamburger icon to an elementor popup.
- Change hamburger color and background color.
- Change hamburger size.
