Build my Wordpress / Bluehost site

Hi! I'm starting a blog and already bought my url through wordpress with bluehost but I have no clue how to design it and set things up. I need help with design and someone to teach me how to update my blog. Im on a time crunch and tried watching videos to learn but I just dont have the time to learn it all.
