Build Standalone Ecommerce front and backend program

I need someone to write a large standalone ecommerce front and backend website for me. I would want to be able to use the structure for several sites. The front end would be a template with 2 or 3 different styles where I can just drop in graphics, text and standard pages like - about, returns, shipping, etc. (I can supply the basic templates in PSD format). The backend would need to be in Laravel backend connectivity is through Laravel, (not just importing data through core code) and the front end in react. I’m not sure about any existing prebuilt programs because of hackers (especially in Woocommerce and various plugins). I need something very secure. We are having many problems with being hacked in Wordpress using Woocommerce. The products and images are being deleted by outside sources taking control. The product table structure would need to follow Woocommerce product table structure.

I would like to build the new platform backend first and then start importing products into that. So, in other words I’d like to build the core product feature alone first.
