Build LMS using LearnDash

Hello. I am in need of a dedicated web builder and designer to create an LMS for me using LearnDash. Must be familiar with creating and designing websites and have a good eye for details along with experience creating an LMS from scratch. The LMS must be able to accept payments from students and including full features of the LearnDash LMS. Must be patient and able to make revisions as needed. This is not for someone who will rush through the project. Also you must have the LearnDash for Wordpress already in your possession as we do not have the budget to make additional purchases. This is a small project for a brand new school so our budget is very small. Please do not apply if you would like more money, we have a tight budget. I am looking for someone who would like to take on this project to grow together as there will be additional projects forthcoming. The project pays $60- $75 for full website design and setup of the online academy pages and content along with revisions. Please be prepared to show me sample LMS websites you have created yourself as well as functionalities you have included. Thank you
