Build LMS Website and an App

HI I am looking to create / update an LMS that we have running in wordpress using learn dash we will supply the content I don't care what platforms you use as long as its stable quick and secure and user friendly. I also need to add automation like sms updates gamification etc. This could be via a 3rd party CRM with marketing tools. I will also want to build an app. This is current LMS we are wanting to upgrade https://moneybro.com.au/courses/banking-rehab/ can share logs once we talk. This is a fairly urgent build :)
