Build a Freelance Marketplace Website like Upwork using Exertio (WordPress) -- 2

Hello,

I am looking for an experienced WordPress freelancer to customize and set up the Exertio theme to create a freelance marketplace platform connecting Freelancers -Employers, similar to Upwork.

- Main Objectives:

1. Full installation & configuration of the Exertio theme (hosting already available).


2. Visual customization (logo, colors, branding aligned with my identity).


3. Setup of distinct roles:

Freelancer: profile creation, portfolio, offer management, and payments.

Employer: post projects, manage applications, and handle payments.



4. Identity verification: mandatory fields for users (documents, phone number, etc.) and admin validation.


5. Secure payment system: integration of PayPal + Stripe (option to add Mobile Money later).


6. Project and contract management: freelancer submits proposal, employer selects, tracking in dashboard.


7. Internal messaging between Freelancers and Employers.


8. Mobile optimization (responsive design).



- Required Skills:

Strong WordPress knowledge & experience with marketplace themes (ideally Exertio).

Front-end customization experience (Elementor, CSS, etc.).

Plugin integration (payments, security, KYC).

Good communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.


- Deliverables:

Fully functional website ready for production.

Quick usage guide (PDF or short video).
