Build / Develop Wordpress / woo commerce website
Budget: £750 – £1,500 GBP
Build an e-commerce / marketplace website.
Website should be made using Wordpress and woocommerce plugin.
The website will allow individuals to register and buy / sell items.
Upon registering they can create individual accounts or business accounts.
Individual accounts should allow:
Buying and selling.
Uploading multiple verification documents.
Display verification status with badges. (Similar to that alibaba.com)
Add payment methods such as bank account, PayPal, klarna etc.
Business accounts should allow:
Buying / selling.
Store page.
Uploading verification documents.
List services such as Sales, item forwarder, item checker, etc.
display verification status. (Similar to that of alibaba.com)
Sales:
Items listed can be in the style of a auction, buy now or best offer.
Sellers should be able to provide 360 image, videos (allow links to YouTube or upload) or static images. (Limits should be set by the website admin)
Sellers should be able to select if they wish to let buyers with no space on their licence purchase the item. The buyer should confirm they have space on licence before being able to progress the sale.
The seller should have the option to allow pay on collection of the item or item to be sent through a local dealer.
If item is to be sent via local dealer, the seller should be able to pick their nearest company registered on the website, which allows item forwarding, to take the item too. The buyer should be able to select the nearest local dealer registered on website to collect the item.
The services such as item checking etc should be an optional extra the buyer can get.
The payment for item via local dealer should be sent to our business account to hold. Once the item is with the local dealer, the local dealer should confirm it is the item, and then the money will be sent to the seller.
Options such as klarna or PayPal can be used to pay for the item in instalments.
Events:
Individuals and businesses should be able to post events. This page should provide fields such as description / pictures (allow upload), videos (allow upload and link) / date and time / location / cost / optionally allow bookings through website, with payment sent to the event holder account and commission sent to our business account.
Events should be posted to a website calendar, which should be viewable by everyone, and each event should show number of participants, and optionally the registered user names and profile picture of the persons attending (upon individual signing up to event a checkbox to show name publicly should be available).
When events are submitted they should be pending admin approval before being made public.
Website general:
You will provide design and layout prototypes/sketches, focusing on ease of use to customers.
All pages should be custom forms to allow website admins to tweak layout and design and added/remove fields.
Mobile app:
Provide a mobile app for both android and iOS allowing all the above features.
The above is just a general overview, and we will be expecting to work with the developer continuously before and after website is live.
