We do have bookly pro if needed we can purchase additional add-ons to achieve the functionality.
We building a children's space for parties, birthdays etc.
GENERAL ADMISSION SERVICE
Sessions: 10-12, 12:30-14:30, 15:00-17:00, 17:30-19:30, buffer time included 30 min after each session to prepare. The session time is 2 hours.
The maximum number of people in total is 50 per space, the max number of children is 20, and the max number of adults is 30, but if there are fewer children the max adult number can be bigger but cannot exceed the total amount of people allowed per space which is 50. Per any given time slot, slots every 2 hours.
The Flow of General Admission Form
Step 1 in the form, with 3 separate values with a default of 0 in each.
Number of children aged 0-1 years £5 per ticket
Number of children aged 1-8 years £10 per ticket
Number of adults
Each child can bring 1 adult for free. The extra adult cost is £5. Meaning if 10 kids bring 10 people it is free but if 11 then 1 the total price will increase by £5 for the adult. All these calculations need to show in the totals at the bottom
Step 2, Choose the Date & time, the date of general admission cannot be booked more than 3 days in advance, same day bookings are allowed.
Meaning if today is the 1st of January then on that day I can book on the 1st,2nd and 3rd, If I come on the 2nd then I can only book on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th and so on.
Step 3. Payment

PARTIES FORM WITH PACKAGES
Step 1 Choose a package
Step 2 Display packages (Bronze, Silver, Gold) each package has its own price
Step 3 Choose the number of children (0-20) if Silver or gold is selected, if bronze is selected choose the number of children (0-8).
Step 4 Choose the number of adults, 1 adult goes for free with each child extra adults up to 30 in total are an additional charge
Step 5 Choose a date any day in advance available
Step 6 Choose extra products/service costs per child. For example, pizza, and drinks. Can be a number of products with the prices. Let's say Pepsi drink £1 etc. Multiple selections are available.
Step 7 Choose another extra service, Decorations for the party. Let's say 5 decorations are available to choose 1 only. 1 off the price per party.
Step 8 Another extra service, price per party
Step 9 Another extra service, price per party
Let me know what is the best way to achieve this flow, do I need to add products or services for these extras?

They also use bookly, but I like the way the flow loads the next step down instead of the popup. Also, extras and products are the way I would like them to be.
