Booking page for a recurring event (Wordpress)

I have a Wordpress website and I need to create a page inside the website where people can book a ticket for a recurring event.
The events are every Tuesday and have a limit of 50 seats
I need to collect: name, e-mail, phone contact, number of tickets;
I need this info to be collected for every Tuesday and I need to send an e-mail after the booking, with the cost (price x number of tickets)
This database can be done via Google Sheets or similar (for example).
I need this page to be simples and objective
