Bluehost Hosting Malware Cleanup URGENT

We have an account in bluehost that has several projects, lately it has had page loading problems and even websites down, in support they gave us information regarding these aspects and told us that it is due to possible malware and that a cleanup is necessary, They did a scan of the files and basically this is what the results showed:

Please go through that and clear the infected files with the help of the file's path in File Manager. You will need to go through every single file on the account, 1 by 1, and remove the infection. Please be careful while removing any code as it can render your site unusable
So basically we need someone to do this cleaning quickly and urgently, it should be noted that we want this cleaning to be ready as soon as possible, just like on this account we want 2 projects to be ready no later than 16 hours, in case of There may be an option to start with certain files in said cleaning, but if the cleaning can be completed soon, this will not be necessary.
