Bitnami Wordpress on Google Cloud

Our site was installed on Google Cloud a few months ago --- we've lost access to it (possibly VM size-related) - it's not loading and the server isn't responding --- we'd like someone to go in and have a look --- help us optimize our setup and get our site running again. You must have experience with Bitnami on GCP with WordPress. It's a small business website and there are no e-commerce needs -- it's simple.
