Bilingual Corporate WordPress Website Construction

We need an experienced WordPress developer to set up and configure a corporate website. The website will be hosted on Cloud WordPress, and the domain is managed via Porkbun.com. The total content is very small (around 4 pages in total), but it requires a specific 3-level bilingual navigation menu and clear layout sections to support our 3 DBAs ( Legacy Armor insurance , Tourism & Consulting Service and Royal Link Trade).

* Implement English and Simplified Chinese switching (using Polylang, TranslatePress, or WPML).
* Fix any "Invalid" or broken menu item issues in the current WordPress block editor/List View.
* Configure the 3-level navigation menu under the "Services" section.

You must arrange the 3 DBAs in the following specific locations with professional stock images (Please refer to the attached screenshot image_0.png for layout concept):

* Location A: 3-Level Dropdown Menu (导航菜单)
- Level 1: Services (服务)
- Level 2: The 3 DBAs (Legacy Armor / Tourist & Consulting Service/ Royal Link Trade /)
- Level 3: Specific items under each business.
* Location B: Homepage Feature Section (首页核心展示区)
- Design 3 side-by-side visual cards/tiles for the 3 DBAs on the homepage.
- Image Matching:
1. Legacy Armor (传承之盾): Match with a warm, professional asset/family protection or corporate insurance image.
2. Tourist & Consulting Service (旅游咨询服务): Match with a high-end business travel or travel service image.
3. Royal Link Trade (皇家领航贸易): Match with a professional global logistics/cross-border trade image.
- Each card must include a short bilingual intro and a "Learn More" button.
* Location C: Footer Legal Disclaimer (页脚法律声明)
- Add a small text compliance disclaimer at the very bottom of the website: "[Parent Company Name] is doing business as (DBA) Legacy Armor Insurance, Tourist Service and Royal Link Trade, "

- 在首页显眼位置并排设计 3 个视觉卡片/方块，用来分流展示这 3 个 DBA。

- 配图要求：
1. 传承之盾 (Legacy Armor Insurance )：配温馨、专业的资产/家庭守护或商业保险相关图片。
2. 旅行咨询服务 (Tourism & Consulting Service)：配高端商务出行、定制旅游服务相关图片。
3. 皇家领航贸易 (Royal Link Trade)：配专业的国际物流、跨境贸易或供应链相关商务图片。
- 每个卡片包含简短的双语简介和一个“了解更多 / Read More”的跳转按钮。
* 位置 C：网站页脚（Footer）法律声明
- 在网站最底部用小字写明合规合法的总公司与 DBA 的从属关系声明。
4. Content Integration (Only 4 Pages)
* We have already prepared all the text content (both English and Chinese).
* You just need to focus on technical configuration, choosing the right stock images, and creating a clean, professional responsive layout.
