I am looking for a developer to build a very basic WordPress website. This is not a design or branding project. I want something simple, clean, and functional so I can start working on SEO myself.

Scope of work:
WordPress website (no custom theme required)
6 pages: Home, About, Services, Contact
Simple, professional layout
Mobile-friendly
Fast loading
Homepage requirements:
One embedded video (YouTube/Vimeo — I will provide link)
One or two professional photos (I will provide)
Basic text sections (I will provide content)

Contact setup (important):
Display phone number (Twilio number — call & text)
Display email address
Simple contact form (inquiries only)

One button linking to an external calendar for consultations

Other requirements:
Basic disclaimers
No SEO work required
No copywriting required
No logo or branding work
I must be able to easily edit content after delivery

Deliverable:
Fully working site (live or staging)
All links and contact form tested
WordPress login provided to me

Budget:
Low budget (a few hundred dollars max)
This is a straightforward, basic build
