Automated Tasks for Website

Looking to set up automation for on my website. 1st automation when a gravity form is completed on the website and certain picklist items are selected, it will email a DocuSign template to the email provided on the gravity form. 2nd automation will be for a button on the results page after the gravity form is completed. If the button is selected, it will send a DocuSign template to the email provided on the Gravity form. If you think there is a better solution than Zapier, I'm open to suggestions.
