Automated Guitar CAD Model Generation -- 2
Budget: $15 – $25 CAD
I need a repeatable way to produce high-detail CAD models of Guitar pickup wiring, like SSS, HSS, HH, with switches, and pots and every component of wiring diragram. The scope is large: up to 5,000 unique variations that must be generated quickly and remain 100 % accurate to the specified wiring schematics.
My ideal candidate needs to have understanding of the infrastructure to create such a platform and have it work with my Wordpress website, and someone that have a very good understanding of Guitar wiring and schematics.
Has to work in our Wordpress website
Deliverables
• A master parametric template (or set of templates) capable of handling the full range of guitar Pickup wiring schematics.
• An automated method—macro, API script, or AI routine—that accepts variation parameters and exports the finished CAD file in industry-standard formats (STEP, IGES, native file).
• A brief usage guide so my team can run new variations internally without additional coding.
Acceptance criteria
1. Entering a new parameter set produces a complete, fully constrained model with no rebuild errors.
2. All major components (Pickups, Pots, resistors, wires, switches of different models) match the input dimensions within ±0.05 mm.
3. File naming and folder structure are generated consistently for batch runs.
