Audio upload in Wordpress

I'm seeking someone knowledgable in Wordpress that can assist me in uploading Audio recordings. Wordpress claims my files are too large. If you can set up the recordings in another site that does accept large recordings - so that I can simply set up a link - that would be very helpful. Thank you.
