Attributes / Variations Issues - WordPress, woo commerce,

Need a fix on a WordPress website.
Currently running a Lafka theme which is not allowing me to make enough variations to run a Pizza deal.
We need to be able to run around 65 - 95 variations
The deal is you can buy a Large pizza and get a Free medium if you choose the same pizza or one of lesser value.
I.e A pizza for $15 (the most expensive pizza on the menu) can have any Medium for free
However A pizza for $8 (the cheapest pizza on the menu) Will have to pay an additional cost if they choose anything other then the cheap medium.
This is a semi working version, but i don't have all the pizzas on there an it is extremely slow to upload.

I have attached a spreadsheet to show the price differences so it should make the task a bit clearer.
