Assistance With Custom Wordpress Code - New Publish Button

We are trying to implement a "publish" button from a custom post type metabox on two custom post types (One custom post type being Woocommerce Products Add New and Edit, the other one we have built).
Everything is working with the actual save and update function (ie. The correct new/updated information is displaying in the products table). However, when we save or update we always get the "Confirm Navigation" popup asking if I want stay or leave the page. This doesn’t occur when using the regular "Update" / “Publish” button. We would like this "Confirm Navigation" popup to not appear.
We also require that whenever these two custom post types are updated or saved they are always marked as published (rather than draft).
Our custom code is attached and we would like you to update this code with the above requests. You will require an install of Woocommerce to test the button.
