Assign an elementor model for each language

For my website : https://www.archetype-eu.com/ in 3 languages
I created 3 page models, one for each language on elementor.
I need you to assign each model to each service pages of the according to each language.
Exemple: for this page:

For french version, assign the french page model of elementor
for english version of the page : https://www.archetype-eu.com/en/consulting-recruitment-agency/

I will submit you the list of service pages.
You need to exclude all other pages of the site so the design will not be applied to the wrong pages.
