Append Data-id Value to URL in JQuery Wordpress

Append Data-id value to URL when on click on a Button in JQuery in Wordpress.
I have a list table with different posts with unique data-id values. I need that when a user clicks on the button over an html <a> element, it takes the data-id value and adds it after the url.
I already have 80% of the JQuery code built and working(see uploaded image).
The problem is that when I click on the second post button, it takes the first post data-id value.
