I am looking for a skilled freelancer or small team experienced in WordPress custom development, front-end animations, and chatbot integration to build an engaging interactive "WishnWow Genie" feature for my gifting website.

The Concept:
A magical lamp widget will be placed fixed at the bottom-right of website pages

When clicked or tapped (or 'rubbed' on mobile), it produces a captivating smoke animation

The smoke reveals an animated genie character "Giftie" who greets visitors

Think Disney's Aladdin lamp but for gift recommendations!

Core Functionality:
The genie interacts with visitors via a chatbot interface

Asks standard gift-related questions: occasion, recipient gender, age group, budget, interests

Based on inputs, suggests 3-5 curated products from our inventory using decision-tree logic

Conversation must feel natural, intuitive, and mobile responsive

Product recommendations link directly to WooCommerce product pages (dropshipping stock)

Technical Requirements:
WordPress & WooCommerce compatible

Lightweight CSS/JS animations (GSAP, Lottie, or pure CSS - your choice)

Rule-based chatbot (no expensive AI APIs needed initially)
