Analyse and optimizations of an existing WooCommerce shop to increase Pagespeed a lot

Our target is a huge increasing of Pagespeed and Core Vitals on desktop and mobile devices. Experience in this area is most important. The freelancer also needs to be able to analyze the existing site.

We are starting with one time project and if the result is successful, we are going into a maintenance service for a long time with yearly agreement. Target market: european countries.
